No matter how you view them,
tulips are a true sign of spring.
Not only do they speak of spring,
with their bright colors and silky petals,
But their promise of creating rainbows
in the fields across the country is reason for an
Awwwww, Owwww, WoW.
Even with a backdrop of black and dew,
Nothing speaks Easter and GOD,s
Promise of Unconditional Love
like Tulips.

My favorite flower in the world. I always thought it was a tough flower, I never realized how fragile it really is.
We did get to Holland Michigan once, just after the featival, they were still beautiful, the first time I did ever see the black ones.

You know until I saw your photos, it never occurred to me how much a tulip bud favors an egg, at the stage right before it blooms. I like that. Cool, I learned something... now I hope I can remember it. ;)
