BRRRR~~~

Where's My Blanket?
It's nasty cold outside,
And inside too~
At four in the morning
our thermometer read chilling numbers.
At the moment, an hour later, we are actually getting a heat wave at only minus-18 instead of that dreaded number below of minus-21.8.
Good news?
Snow is on it's way, meaning it will be warming up into the teens by the weekend. Yipee~~~

Stay warm all my northerers and don't forget to send up a wave of warmth from the south, my southern friends.

Have a fantastic weekend.
If you have temps like us, please bundle up, like your Mama's would say and don't forget your mittens, scarves and boots. A pair of snowpants or insulated underwear would really feel great, just to be on the safe side.
Better still, Get Your Blanket and Stay Inside.

BlessYourHeart

We had 6 above yesterday and it didn't go much higher. We got down to 33 below one year when we were younger. Good thing we were young. We also were drifted in. I would not like it or your temps any more at all. Stay warm.

Are you kidding me? I have never been anywhere that the temps have been that low. Here in the South, we are confused, our trees and plants are confused....It was a warm sunny day yesterday and it is suppose to be in the upper 70's today. Not much for Winter!
I do hope you all stay safely warm and stay bundled up. Take care of yourselves and those precious little animals that might be outside.
Blessings....

It's plenty cold here but not as cold at there! It's currently snowing here...we might actually get a couple of inches.

Stay safe and warm!

Another glimpse at YOUR WINTER, it is much better to turn around a look at the thermometer here and read in the 60's and heading up.

I know you guys are a hardy bunch and can handle that, I would be doing som serious snuggling and hybernating!!!!!

Love you girl and we are sending warm thoughts from down her, by the Rainbow river.

Yup, this cold snap is reminding me too much of our bitter winters in Alaska! Love that we have the blessing of not having to go out in it! Retirement is great!

Poor Dar. Bless her heart! She doesn't seem to like cold weather much. Well...there's a cure for that. Stay inside by that "Warm Morning" heater! We had one when I was a boy. They will burn your nose and hands and freeze your backside at the same time - or you can turn around and burn your backside and freeze your nose and hands. Ha. ☺

Take 10 more degrees off and add a 15km/hr wind. That is really cold! -21C is just like spring! :-}
