Finishing Touch

From last week's golden moon~
To the early morning rise of the fog and sun~

Each week provides more work to do before~
More signs of fall arrive~
like the Hummingbird Moth (Common Clearwing)~
and plentiful fall rains of yesterday~
Today we go back to the cabin to finish the last 4 logs~
Sealing them from our upcoming harsh winter winds, cold and snows.

Have a productive weekend~
But remember to make some fun~
And~
BlessYourHeart

You can feel the change in the air. The days are still warm, but, once the sun goes down, there is just the tiniest bit of a nip in out there.

Great pics, but isn't it too wet to seal the logs?

I am just so envious!!!

Anytime I see green trees and really GREEN grass, I start missing our little hometown in Oregon so much. We've lived in Northern Nevada for over 20 years. Trust me...there is NOTHING green about it. Am yearning to return to Oregon someday, where the trees, grass and even the weeds are a whole lot greener..

Good luck with the house chores!!

Seems strange to be speaking of winter, it's a coming though.
